29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals or materials in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: 1) Warehouse Area: On or about April 20, 2017, the employer did not provide training to employees regarding hazardous chemicals used on a daily basis, including but not limited to propane, spray paint and hydraulic fluid.
