29 CFR 1910.146(f)(8): The entry permit that documented compliance and authorized entry to a permit space did not identify the measures used to isolate the permit space and to eliminate or control permit space hazards before entry: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: The entry permit did not identify the measures used to eliminate and control the hazards in the anodizing tanks such as, but not limited to, oxygen deficiency, toxics, corrosives, electrical, and falls when entered by employees, on or about 2/10/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
