29 CFR 1910.107(e)(5): Containers supplying spray nozzles were not closed or provided with metal coverings kept closed: a. On or about October 15, 2014, paint mix and storage trailer, mixtures of 80W08 Unit Drilling White Enamel (flammable liquid) and 8030 Urethane Converter (flammable liquid) were in an open 5 gallon can that fed a hose used for spraying the mixtures which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards. b. On or about October 16, 2014, paint mix and storage trailer, mixtures of 98G205 primer (flammable liquid) and 98Z205 activator (flammable liquid) and mixtures of 98Y01 (flammable liquid) and 98Z05 catalyst (flammable liquid) were in an open 5 gallon can that fed a hose used for spraying the mixtures which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
