29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: Maintenance Shop: On, or about, October 15, 2014, the identification plates provided on the Mitsubishi forktruck, serial number AF19B00465, were coated with ash. When the ash was removed, the data plate for the capacity rating was no longer intact.
