29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): Mechanical Integrity inspection and testing procedures did not follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP): a) Old Acid Room Area - The employer did not inspect the piping associated with the formaldehyde loading system per the RAGAGEP standard of the American Petroleum Institute (API) 570: "Piping Inspection Code: In-service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration of Piping Systems", on or about September 26, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
