29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): The employer did not initially train each employee, pr esently involved in operating process, in a overview of the process and in the operating procedures as specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(f). The employer does not ensure tha t employees involved in the operation of a process are trained in the operating procedures of that process. a) This violation was documented on or about Novembe r 18, 2010, in the BD Recovery Area, where operators were required to use come-a longs to operate manual valves during normal process operations. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), within 10 calendar days of the date of this citation, the employ er must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing how the operating procedures accurately describe the tasks performed by the BD Recovery Area Operators.
