29 CFR 1910.119(j)(5): The employer did not correct deficiencies in equipment that were outside acceptable limits before further use or in a safe and timely manner: (a)Styro-Tech LLC at 5005 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239: On and before May 18, 2010 the employer did not correct deficiencies in equipment associated with the safe use of isopentane in that the pressure gauge on the isopentane supply tank was broken as evidenced by the needle reading less than zero.
