29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3):29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3): Vertical and inclined belts were not enclosed by a guard conforming to the standards in paragraphs specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or about August 5th, 2024, employees engaged in production activities in the commercial bakery located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed caught-in hazards in that the pulleys contained within laminator #2 were not fully guarded exposing the bottom middle part of where the laminator belt rides over the pulley.
