29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Main Warehouse - On or about December 20, 2023, employees working in the main warehouse were exposed to electrical hazards in that extension cords were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of shop lights, dock lights, industrial fans, radios, computers, a chop saw, and other equipment.
