29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii):29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." a) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #3 Panel #3): On or about August 3, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to potential arc flash and electrical shock while using non "SWD" circuit breaker to activate and deactivate overhead fluorescent lights that operated in 120V and 277 Volt systems. b) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #3 Panel #4): On or about August 3, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to potential arc flash and electrical shock while using NON "SWD" circuit breaker to activate and deactivate overhead fluorescent lights that operated in 120V and 277 Volt systems.
