29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(2)(i): The employer did not make available biological monitoring, including blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels for each employee covered under 29 CFR 1910.1025 (j)(1)(i): PRODUCTION AREAS and FIRING ROOMS: On or about February 10, 2022, the employer had not provided employees exposed to lead with blood sampling and analysis for lead and zinc protoporphyrin levels to monitor lead exposure of employees who may be exposed to lead at concentrations above the action level of 30 micrograms of lead/cubic meter of air (ug/m3).
