29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i):Temporary electrical power and lighting installation(s) 600 volts, nominal, or less were used in prohibited manners: a.) Durable Corporation on or about October 13, 2021, at the address of 75 N. Pleasant St. N. Norwalk, OH: The employer used temporary wiring (extension cords) in place of permanent wiring to power equipment. Temporary wiring supplied power to floor fan(s) for time frames greater than 90 days. In this condition employees are exposed to burns and electrical shock.
