29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work. On or about July 30, 2021 and times prior there to and after, the employer did not ensure the floor stand bench grinder (Dayton) in the Maintenance Shop was equipped with a work rest to support off-hand grinding work. No guards or rests were installed on the left side of the grinder.
