29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At the Track Panel Assembly, employees engaged in production activities were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord used to supply power to a Stanley Generator was used in lieu of fixed wiring exposing employees to fire and electrical shock hazards.
