29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(E): Flexible cords and cables were used where concealed behind building walls, ceilings, or floors: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards in that flexible cords and cables were concealed behind the ceiling. This was most recently documented on June 9, 2020 at the worksite located at 1921 West US Highway 50, Lone Jack, Missouri. Conveyors and band saws were plugged into flexible cords and cables which ran through the ceiling and were concealed above the ceiling tiles.
