29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(A): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the exposure determination required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2): (a) DRY CLEANING- An exposure determination was not conducted to evaluate whether dry cleaning employees are exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when cleaning employee uniforms, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures. (b) SECURITY- An exposure determination was not conducted to evaluate whether security employees are exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when interacting with casino patrons while providing first aid, breaking up fights and/or escorting patrons out of the facility, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures.
