29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a. PM #9, Drive Room 2- On or about November 27, 2019 an employee deenergizing the 2400 volt fused disconnect for the #2 Jones Refiner was not adequately protected from an arc flash hazard where Hazard category 4 leg protection / pants were not worn. b. PM #9, Drive Room 1- An employee deenergizing the 2400 volt fused disconnect for the Spare Press Vacuum Pump was not adequately protected from an arc flash hazard where Hazard category 4 leg protection / pants were not worn.
