29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Bus Maintenance Area The employer did not maintain a complete inventory of safety data sheets at the facility. Employees engaged in vehicle maintenance and repair activities used chemicals that included, but were not limited to compressed oxygen, acetylene, Wurth-saBesto Low VOC Brake Cleaner, and other chemicals, on a daily basis and were not provided safety data sheets for the chemicals being used. Violation occurred on or about November 20, 2019
