29 CFR 1915.134(b): Floor and bench mounted grinders were not provided with work rests which are rigidly supported and readily adjustable. Such work rests were not kept a distance not to exceed 1/8 inch from the surface of the wheel: a) On or about June 14, 2019 in the mechanical shop employees used an abrasive wheel floor grinder and the employer did not ensure the work rests were maintained no more than 1/8th inch from the surface of the wheel.
