29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program and safety data sheets required by 1910.1200. On or about November 26, 2018 and at times prior to, employees working with chemical products including but not limited to carbon black, Anti-sticking, SEM108-5, Bladder Coating HV-495 and silica were not trained on the location of the Safety Data Sheets.
