29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. a. On or about April 17, 2018, in the welding area, the plug end of the cord for a pedestal fan (model: SFSC1-750S) was missing the ground prong. b. On or about April 17, 2018, in the welding area, the plug end of the extension cord used to power a speaker and portable grinder was missing the ground prong. c. On or about April 17, 2018, in the welding area, the plug end of the cord for a portable work table was missing the ground prong.
