29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location. On 8/1/17, at the Gainesville, Georgia facility, in the production area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards as wall mounted and hanging receptacles installed in areas where sanitation activities occur daily were not equipped with adequate covers to prevent electrical parts from being exposed to water and other wet applications.
