29 CFR 1910.1000(b)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Copper fume listed in Table Z-2 in excess of the 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) concentration of 0.100 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3): The employer did not ensure that employees performing welding operations were exposed to Copper fume at levels below the permissible exposure limit. On or about October 4th, 2017, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 0.117 mg/m3 for Copper fume.
