29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Warehouse: One orange temporary flexible cord, approximately 50 foot long, was used as a substitute for fixing wiring. The cord was not designed to be used as a permanent wiring. The cord was plugged into a wall mounted receptacle to supply 120 volts to Junghieinrich electric hand pallet truck. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard.
