29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Employee break area: Employees used a wash basin where a flexible cable was used to power associated equipment, observed on or about 8/10/16. b) 2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Rheon/ Gemini Conveyor: Employees worked on conveyor equipment associated with the Gemini Line which was powered by flexible cable in lieu of permanent wiring, observed on or about 8/10/16. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
