29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): Inspections and tests were not performed on process equipment to assure mechanical integrity: (a)Styro-Tech LLC at 5005 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239: On and before May 18, 2010 the employer did not conduct inspection and tests on isopentane process equipment including, but not limited to, the isopentane supply tank, process piping and valves including underground sections of pipe located between the supply tank and main building, pumps, relief valves, controls, sensors, and alarms.
