29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: On or about January 29, 2025, the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, when the safety data sheets for several chemicals used in the Coil Room were not maintained on-site. Safety data sheets for chemicals including, but not limited to, 3M Scotchkote Electrical Coating, Evercoat Body Shop Body Filler, 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Regular, and Klean Strip Lacquer Thinner were not maintained on-site.
