29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about October 17, 2024 - Abrasive blasting area, an extension cord was used in place of permanent wiring to provide lighting for the interior of the blasting booth. (b) On or about October 17, 2024 - Breakroom, a microwave was plugged into a relocatable power tap (PRT) exposing employees to fire hazards. (c) On or about October 17, 2024 - Niche Cover Area, an extension cord was used in place of permanent wiring and series connected to two relocatable power taps (RPT).
