29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #3 Panel #3): On or about August 3, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, the employer failed to properly identify all circuit breakers inside the Western Electric Panel # Z 169510 located on the east wall. CSHO observed the panel labeling did not clearly specify the purpose of all circuit breakers within the panel. b) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #3 Panel #4): On or about August 3, 2023, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, the employer failed to properly identify all circuit breakers inside the Western House Electric Corporation breaker panel located on the west wall. CSHO observed the panel did not have any labeling to clearly specify the purpose of all circuit breakers within the panel.
