29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Worksite - On or about August 9, 2022, employees were performing tree removal tasks at a residential property utilizing gasoline powered equipment and portable gasoline containers to fuel the equipment, and the employer has not developed a written hazardous communication program. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
