29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) On or about August 30, 2021, the conductors supplying electrical power to the Newman planer (Model S-282) in Plant 1 were not protected from abrasion due to the flexible conduit being pulled away from the motor junction box. b) On or about August 30, 2021, the conductors for the lumber conveyor in Plant 1 were not protected from physical damage due to the floor mounted conduit being pulled away from the floor-mounted cutout box.
