29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH. On or about April 26, 2021 and time prior to, the employer exposed employees to a fall from a ladder, in that a section of an extension ladder was attached to the top of a step-stair ladder for workers to access the suspended platform containment area.
