29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): At a worksite located at 2221 N Belcrest Ave Springfield, MO: Employees were exposed to caught-in or struck-by hazards. This was demonstrated on or about May 26, 2021, and at times prior to when works used two Bridgeport Drill Presses without the use of a guard over the pulleys. This created a hazard with rotating parts through a two and one-half inch opening on either side of the press.
