29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: (a) DRY CLEANING- Dry cleaning employees are exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when cleaning employee uniforms and there is no bloodborne pathogen written Exposure Control Plan in place, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures. (b) SECURITY- Security employees are exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when interacting with casino patrons when providing first aid, while breaking up fights and/or escorting patrons out of the facility; and there is no bloodborne pathogen written Exposure Control Plan in place, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures.
