29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h): a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance bay The employer failed develop and implement a written hazard communication program at the facility. Employees engaged in automotive repair used chemicals that included, but were not limited to compressed oxygen, acetylene, Wurth-saBesto Low VOC Brake Cleaner, and other chemicals, on a daily basis.
