29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 mg/m^3: On or about October 25, 2018, jobsite located at 3665 E Industrial Way, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from respiratory hazards in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), an employee while performing sandblasting operations was exposed to 91 milligrams per cubic meter of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust), which is 6.057 times the PEL of 15 milligrams per cubic meter.
