29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) In the facility, on or about June 11, 2018 - The employer did not ensure that employees required to wear tight-fitting respirators were provided a medical evaluation to determine their ability to use a respirator in the workplace. An employee designated as a Solvent Powder Operator was utilizing a half-mask respirator to pull coated powder from Air Dry Tank #1 in Building 1626 and was not medically evaluated prior to the use of the respirator.
