29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: a) In the shooting room, an employee was exposed to lead at an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 74.26 micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3) of air, approximately 1.4852 times the permissible exposure level of 50.0 ug/m3. Sampling was performed for 276 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 204 minute period not sampled. This violation was discovered on or about October 10, 2017. b) In the shooting room, an employee was exposed to lead at an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 67.187 micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3) of air, approximately 1.3437 times the permissible exposure level of 50.0 ug/m3. Sampling was performed for 401 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 79 minute period not sampled. This violation was discovered on or about October 10, 2017.
