29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iii): Local exhaust or general ventilating systems were not provided and arranged to keep the amount of toxic fumes, gases, or dusts below the maximum allowable concentration as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1000: The employer did not ensure that adequate local or general dilution exhaust systems were provided to keep the amount of welding fumes and metals dusts below the permissible exposure limit as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1000. On or about October 4th, 2017, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average of 0.117 mg/m3 for Copper fume.
