29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators. a) On July 19, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not provide clean change rooms for employees working in the Cathode Ray Tube Line who were exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit. Employees disassembled Cathode Ray Tube monitors by manually separating the lead-containing funnel glass using hammers, axes and wire cutters.
