29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not inform employees who performed work under 29 CFR 1926.1101 of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area: a) Alba Services Inc., 250 5th Ave. NY, NY 10001. The employer failed to inform employees performing demolition work on the presence and location of asbestos containing material and presumable asbestos containing material. The condition was noted on or about 11/23/15. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
