29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Maintenance Shop: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, employees use and work around an industrial floor fan measuring 75 inches wide by 60 inches in height that was not provided with a guard on the backside to cover the pulley that was 21 inches from the floor. (b) Maintenance Shop: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, employees use and work around a compressor that was not provided with a guard to cover the pulley that was 25 inches from the floor. (c) Big Dipper: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, maintenance employees work in the control area where a guard was not provided to cover the pulley that was 24 inches from the ground.
