29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who was subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: The employer did not ensure training was provided to each employee who was exposed to lead above the action level of 25 ug/m3 while performing bi-monthly cleaning operations of the shooting range. On May 21, 2015, an employee was over exposed to lead at 909 ug/m3 when cleaning the shooting range which exceeded the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1818%. b. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about April 22, 2015, the employer did not ensure training was provided to each employee who had the possibility of eye or skin irritation while performing end of day cleaning operations in the shooting range. c. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about April 22, 2015, The employer did not ensure training was provided to each employee who had the possibility of eye or skin irritation while performing the brass sorting operation.
