29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about 4/20/2015 at 2200 Stephens Street, Tucker GA; employees performing grinding operations of materials including but not limited to sharpening drill bits, were exposed to struck-by hazards where the Dayton bench grinder was: a. missing the left side bench rest and b. excessively worn grooves in the right side bench rest not allowing for 1/8 inch adjustment to wheel.
