29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: -On or about October 24, 2014 and prior to that time located at various points on the water tower powered single-point and two-point adjustable suspension scaffolding systems adjustable suspension scaffold suspension line and lifeline abrasion protection, independent lifeline and scaffold suspension line anchorage points were not being inspected by a competent person for visible defects which could affect structural integrity.
