29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure: a) 15 Thatcher Road, Dayton, NJ 08810. The employer allowed his employees to work in close proximity to energized conductors when flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for fixed wiring exposing the employees to shock and or electrical burn hazards. Incident occurred on or about 09/11/14.
