29 CFR 1926.1101(j)(2): The hygiene facilities and practices listed in sections (i) through (v) of this paragraph were not followed for employees performing Class I work involving less than 25 linear or 10 square feet of TSI or surfacing ACM and PACM, and for Class II and Class III asbestos work operations where exposures exceed a PEL or where there is no negative exposure assessment produced before the operation: a) On or about 20 June 2014, the employer did not ensure their employee conducting demolition work in the cafeteria and removing pipe thermal system insulation (TSI) containing 5-35% chrysotile asbestos, were provided with hygiene facilities and practices, thereby exposing them to the hazards associated with asbestos.
