29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: On or about July 9, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in building 1, the employer used an extension cord on the west wall that was run thru a hole to supply electrical power and lighting inside a storage container exposing the employees to fire hazards.
