29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: Where employees had to access the various electrical panels in the facility, the breakers were not labeled. Employees were exposed to an unexpected energization or de-energization of various pieces of equipment that could result in electrical shock or amputation.
