29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) Paint Shop: Flammable Chemical Storage Room: On or about May 30, 2013, a covered rectangular pan reported to contain methyl ethyl ketone, which is flammable, was not labeled, tagged or marked with the required hazard warning. (b) 603 New Park Ave, Main line, Tank M34: On or about May 30, 2013, a dip tank on the main line, reported to contain Black Dye (Black anodize), which contains trivalent chromium and is an irritant, was not labeled, tagged or marked with the required hazard warning.
